Hey there, I recently had to get rid of my Wicked White 2006 Evo IX MR due to it having a lot of issues that I didn't feel like dealing with, I've been wondering recently who bought it. I'm in PA and traded it in at a nearby Ford dealership, Not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but I thought this would be a good idea for an overall thread for people who had to get rid of their Evo
Yeah I did, I bought it from a dealership that turned out not to be as reputable as I thought, it ran great, so I went straight to the tuning shop of my choice and spent 2000 in parts, I had it for 5 days and the turbo went out. The dealership fixed it after 2 months, I had it for a few more days and the syncs in the transmission were going out. So I decided it's best to not try drive it 100 miles a day lIke I do now and I had to sadly had to get rid of it, but it had potential and I'm sure whoever got it is lucky once they get the transmission problem fixed
If they didn't figure it out when they test drove it I feel bad for them. It sold after being on the lot for about 3 days. I bought it with the antenna broken off of the vortex generators, most speakers broken, terrible tires, botched rear fender rolling, a spray painted lip, a cracked tail light, chiping clear coat/epoxy on rear wing, sketchy BOV, and cel on due to the map of the person who "tuned it" at the dealer, there's probably more that I'm forgetting, I got new tires though! Haha
It had around 65000 miles on it, it was priced at 20000 for a few days pictures posted to their website and everything, I assumed it sold, it had the 2.4 in it, swapped with the 5 speed trans, a lot of things done to it, just thought it was a cool idea to see what someone else did to it

New owner probably did this after he found all the problems it had
