FOUND ALL THE PARTS! THANKS GUYS FOR THE HELP!


Update! So I found a picture of what it looks like I need (see post below). Problem is damn Mitsubishi part diagrams are crap I can't tell what it is. Anyone work for or know someone who could figure it out. I see below someone posted about a few plugs but not sure about the box part... Thanks!

Hey guys,

I have an Evo 9 GSR. There was a trustz overlay gauge set in the car that I am getting rid of. And in this little slot under the vent was the switch to the gauge overlay.

Anyways, now the space is empty and I need to find the cover somewhere. Ive been looking everywhere, but cant determine the part. Can anyone help? I have tried looking online and looking at Mitsubishi part vendors, but I cant tell with their weak diagrams...

What I was told by the original owner was that there were no switches in the spot. And it was just a cover. Hmmm.

 

Either get creative with piece of plastic and jig saw or spend $40 for real switch

 

I want the real piece ha. I'll spend the money. Just don't know the part number. From what I know it's not the part named above. It's a cover for cars that didn't have those optioned... ?

Since you have an 8 does it have HID lights? One rotary switch adjusted the headlight aim and the other is for the panel lights. I'd think you would want those.

 

Op you need stuff from RS if you can find.

 

My car is a 9 not 8. What's weird is I am not finding any unplugged parts or anything behind the dash. So doesn't seem to have anything there. The original owner installed HIDs too.
