Got new radiator, should I send it back?

I got a new radiator and looked like there was some shipping damage which caused to have a nice gash/bends on the fins in one spot. Size of damage is 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. Should I send it back or is it ok to use? Damage is on the back side of raddiator.

Thanks

Id ask for a 50% refund (if it doesn't leak), if no then send it back.

You paid for a new rad with no damage or defects. That is not what you received.

If you keep it and install it and it leaks when pressurized, the seller is going to claim that you damaged it during the install.

Contact the seller. File a claim against the shipping company. Companies carry insurance for just such occasions.
