What is this (Newb Question)
1) I was just curious what this vacuum line goes to. I see the fuel feed and return line, but I wasn't sure what this is vacuum line is for, it wasn't attached to anything.
2) Also, what is the hard line on the passanger fender? right by the AC line.

It's your evap line.
EVAP is a sealed ventilation system for the fuel tank. It takes fuel vaper, puts it into the charcoal canister, then sends it up into the intake manifold, or vents it to the atmosphere.
And that hard line next to ac line is power steering.
