Oil Pressure! Help!

Oil Pressure! Help!
Hi, to all.
I have EVO IX GSR, and allready rebild my engine.Problem is- I can't found oil pressure in head! Cold engine-pressure 1.8 bar in head. Hot engine-pressure 0 in head! The same time in Block- pressure 1.5-2.0bar always! Thats very strange, anyway for me!
I make:
New main and rods bearings ( clirance: main 0.03mm rods-0.05mm)
New Pistons Wiseco ( clirance 0.08mm)
New oil pump and oil pressure regulator
Crankshaft- Power Enterprise 94mm
Rods Tomei 147mm
Camshafts- HKS 274
Turbo Garrett GTX3076
Lifters stock but new
