I'm looking to purchase a local Evo 8, but the console between the front seats is missing the intercooler sprayer button AND cupholders (there is just a flat piece of plastic instead). Is there a trim of the 2003 Evo 8 that comes without the IC sprayer?

 

They probably did what I did removed the intercooler sprayer setup and used a 05/06 cup holder since they are bigger.

 

I did the same and removed the 03/04 armrest and installed the bigger cup holder 05/06 armrest.

 

Turns out the owner removed the cupholder and installed an aftermarket button panel for an aftermarket intercooler sprayer (The 2003 SE model didn't come with the IC sprayer, apparently).

Good to know that I can add the 05/06 cupholder. Thanks!

 

There is no SE model in 2003. All '03 models have IC sprayer from factory.
