this is a very interesting problem. because 1 brother has cancer and his life is changed while the other only worries about which evo.

if ya'll arent close, start cutting ties now. i know its mean but shiet happens.

if ya'll ARE close, i would suggest stop thinking about evos and start taking care of family first. because you can always buy another evo, but the time lost deciding which evo to buy while your brother suffers and is (could be) taken from you cannot be bought back.

 

dude, you can always buy another evo. Help your brother. Maybe what you should do KEEP 1 evo, buy a beater, take evo on the weekend. I'm sure hes going through pain and you talking to him about cars, no wonder he's mad. THAN you can always give him the evo you keeping and buy yourself another evo ones things turn around. but seriously wtf.

 

That is true but there is this very rare Evo RS with low miles in def gonna buy because the fact they are so hard to find I would need to sell the Evo X to get.


That would save my brother from paying half of the $350 and now would not have to pay anything for the RS I'm about to buy. Which is only $300 a month and saves me $$ too

I can't just stop thinking of evos, we are very close and live together. He doesn't care what I do, he's the one who wanted a low mile Evo.

We both love our cars.

I was just just looking out for the best of lowering some payments and I know we are gonna need to get rid of one but they all are high miles and I wanna get something with less.

God works in many mysterious ways. If you give, you shall receive. We all want things in life. If we work hard enough we can have anything we want. But may not be able to have it when we want. For every action there is a reaction. This is all cliche but it's true. I say take care of your brother, do what you need to do. Even tho it might hurt or suck to sell a car or 2, it's just material things. Take care of him that way with no doubt y'all both will be able to keep enjoying your shared passion later in life when the timing is better.

I can personally say that I would have a hard time selling my SE. especially for my brother. (Not going there). But it's all about what would God want us to do. Not trying to preach, but I am a firm believer in keeping God first and taking care of others if at all possible. Hope everything straightens out for you both and prayers for him.

Your brother has cancer and you are worrying about what Evo to get. What the **** is wrong with you?! It seems like the only financial decision you need to make is to get rid of all the Evos and take care of your brother, but that makes too much sense.

 

OP should buy 3 more evos: a X MR, X FE, and import a X RS. Gotta catch them all.
