When doing this, do i really have to take off the front bumper, any helpful hints would be well appreciated i tried to post before but no one responded, i know there are alot of threads on this but i am wanting details on this project.
. i am getting a carbon fiber hood on friday and i would like my lights to be done before then. But i dont wanna do anything wrong, any tips on how to handle the hids? thanks

There are 1million threads on headlight modification. No, really....a whole million of em.
The short answer to your question is no. I don't believe you need to remove the bumper to remove the headlights.
