Looking to purchase a timing belt tensioner the brand is aisin it also says oem part

 

OEM just means they produced some part for the car originally. OE means they're the original manufacturer of that exact part

Aisin could have produced a serpentine belt for example and then made a tensioner later and they could call it OEM

 

Aisin is a contractor who make OEM parts for most japanese manufacturers.
