Im i running rich? Help!

Hello, i recently decided to switch to e85 on my evo 8 (my car has 93 and e85 maps and there might be a little 93 in the tank left) and i did some pulls and im seeing 10's afr on my gauge.
By the way i dont know if this helps but the sensor was installed really far from the turbo like in the rear half of the car if that makes sense, and it idles at about 13.2-13.7 but before i mistakenly installed it it the 02 sensor bung from the ecu that is located after the turbo and its right about where the front wheels are and it idled at 14.7 so idk if the readings are accurate. Do i need a tune?
Pull:
This is how my rear bumper ended up after 4-5 pulls is this ok?:
Setup
Fully built
Ross pistons (compression unknown)
Eagle Rods
Slightly ported heads
Kelford 272 cams
FP Black
ID 2000
Dual walbro 255 pumps
Aem infinity ecu on Speed Density
And a ton more.
Thanks for the help im such a noob.

AFR is too rich for WOT. Tunes don't expire, but when was your car last tuned?

Only if they're not tuned properly in the first place.
