Question Evo 8 Leaking Oil Cooler Help

I recently just installed a new Setrab oil cooler from MAP and first i wrapped the threads in thread tape and then started to leak from the thread points below. I then took it back apart and put some Permatex thread sealant on the threads, let it sit for bout a week then put oil back in, started her up and then it started leaking ask if there was no sealant on the threads what so ever. The best I can think to do now is wrap tf out of each thread a ton more than original with some stronger thread tape. Is there something Im missing? Need help

Leaks from the threads and possibly the crush washers on the banjo fitting

dam that sucks. I had similar issues with the STM kit and that was because I didn't add any thread sealant. Once I redid it, no leaks or seepage whatsover on the oil cooler. Now I have some seepage at the OFH but I didn't use anything there and those use AN fittings instead of NPT. Next oil change I plan on using either the tape or the sealant again. I'm really surprised the sealant didnt work for you. I left mine for 24hours before adding oil
