Hesitation under boost

Hi all,

My car seems to at times hesitate when I put load on the car, particularly when it's under heavy boost. I replaced my spark plugs today. It seems to only happen on the middle gears. Any ideas?

Have your injectors cleaned and flow tested. No rough idle or misfire codes? I had a bad injector causing hesitation and random slight misfires at high RPM.
