2003 Mitsubishi Evolution problems

I recently drove my Evo down the freeway and lost power. I then coasted down and waited a few seconds then started it. It would turn over but wouldn't start. It seemed like it wanted to and after the 3rd try my car finally started. When i got home i checked my battery and terminals are tight and ground is also good. I changed out my spark plugs, all my fluids, new battery, new alternator, running an AEM EMS series 1. The only 2 things i can think it might be is a short somewhere in the system or might need to get retuned.? Thoughts and comments please. Thanks in advance.

cam postion sensor could be going out? cheap part and worth a shot

i typically blame fuel pumps when cars loose power, barely idle, are hard to start, etc. the CPS is a good bet too.

and you already checked for boost leaks we assume?
