Talk to shops that specialize in rally cars. There was a local rally Evo that had this wing probably 11 years ago

Found out JRD Rallysport USA makes reproductions. Have yet to get a quote on price however.

You would really need those fenders to pull it of nicely. Of course, that's just my opinion.
