I’m looking to reinstall AC in my Evo and need a condenser and a few other parts. Mitsu OEM condenser is super expensive, but aftermaket alternatives on rockauto are much less. Has anyone installed an aftermaket condenser on an Evo8 and had good luck with it? If so, which brand did you get?

I swapped everything out about a year ago. I took it to a shop as I was a bit too busy at that time. Considering these are parts that share commonality with other cars and cannot affect the core of the car .. I would just go with the aftermarket parts - and I guess they come with some warranty

 

I've used the Denso brand, no issues. The CSF can be used, I've had ok luck with them, but it's not guaranteed. Depends on what day it was made.
