No debt I cant pay for in cash. All mods are paid in cash. Carry a big mtg for tax reasons and pay 2 cars. Nothing else.

What kind of loan did you get? And why did you pay the interest before paying some of the principle? I didn't know you had to pay interest on borrowed money that hasn't been borrowed in its time. Confusing, but for example, you paid interest on money that wouldn't be borrowed for a monthly payment yet for next year?

The car was a gift (dont judge so quick). So I dont owe anything. However due to the cost of modding and racing Im about 500 in debt (not too bad)

Nothing owed on my cars... I think I'm in about 2,000,000 in debt per my last financial, but that is before you look over at the asset column.

I'm 22 and still live at home. hehehehe... I had to decide between moving out or stay home with mama and get the EVO. So I decided to stay home!!! Anyway, my parents are cool as hell and they dont want me to move out anyway. I put 10K down with a 3.9 ARP, which is not bad. I paid alittle below MSRP, but not by much (gay). Currenty 4K in mods and still slow as hell. I did spend 800 on a badass radar, which well worth the money. I'm now in the process of using my student loan (not smart) to pay for some mods. Utech and Cams will be next. I dont hope to own anymore than 2K of credit card debts. Wish you guys luck paying back ur loan!!!! It sucks!!!!

I'm currently still in college and hoping to get out sometime soon!!!! The EVO is my first performance car and hopefully it wont be my last. Future car might be the new cobra concept or the skyline GTR. Maybe the supra will come out. Or if all these cars turn out crappy, I might end up getting a used MKIV. Sorry for the long post.heheeh
