after pulling the lower frame on the car the steering wheel became loose and i made a very stupid error, i turned the steering wheel a few times over not realizing that wires are connect to it, now my horn wont work and the SRS airbag light is on..

how do i fix these? do i just rewire them...

 

Looks like you need a new clock spring,

 

i have found a used clock spring, is it advisable to use a clock spring that is used? because there are alot of used clock springs on ebay.
