Price check on a 2003 Evo 8

I'm looking for what my 2003 Evo 8 might be worth (I know it's only worth what someone will pay). At least help me figure out a starting point please.

It's a 2003 Evo 8 with 58,363 mile on it. I'm the 2nd owner and I've had it for 10 years.

The list of mods are simple bolt-ons.
Walbro high flow fuel pump
AMS 3" intercooler
Injen Intake with upper and lower piping
MBC set to 19 p.s.i.
Greddy Off-road 80mm turbo back exhuast
Omoni boost gauge mounted in the dash (in the lancer "gauge" spot)
Hoods struts
Smoked side markers
Poly front lip
Stubby antenna

All the stuff associated with the car will go with the car.
This means all the stock parts. Including a spare wing.
Also the Amsoil engine oil 10W-30, Amsoil gear oil 75W-90, Amsoil transmission fluid, Amsoil brake fluid, and Wix filter all for the next fluids change.
Also a brand new water pump kit, and all the other brand new accessories for a timing belt change.
Also new spark plugs, AMS braided brake lines, braided clutch line, metal shifter bushings, and all the Speed Bleeders for the brakes and the clutch.
And brand new Hella horns

The car

Mileage as of 7/17/18

Recent engine pic (a little dirty) and all the new stuff.

Price check on aisle 5

EvO looks real clean & has super low miles. Just taking a wild swing at an asking price, knowing we are seeing some
price appreciation on the EvO

No less than $20K (KBB gave me a range of $14K to 17K)

Thanks.

I've tried to keep it nice, if not a little dirty. It's not perfect by any means but for a 15 year old car I think it looks good. The seats (forgot to take a pic) are original and still in good shape with not much noticeable wear. If you break it down to an average (been less lately) it's had 1,700 miles a year put on since I got it. The last few closer to 500 or less.

I would say between 20-24 k, but like you said it worth what someone is willing to pay for it but don’t let anybody lowball you as you have a nice low mileage solid car!!
