Here we go... It's tinted, but I was under impression HID-equipped MR front laps should have orange sign (corner) on bottom?

Those are USDM evo 8 or 9 headlights that have been opened, painted black, the projector lens tinted dark, and the amber running light heavily tinted. the headlight lens itself has not been tinted

MR lights from non-US will have the amber blinkers (lower lights) as you mentioned

P.S. They seems to be opened as it's non-factory seals are used and tinted outside (sick!), but HID controllers are from Mitsubishi and fog lamps are definitely factory ones. I wasn't aware USDM front laps ever had HID/fog lamps installed, though it's JDM MR only.

 

The '03 (no SSL version) and the SSL '04+ had the HID and Fogs. From '05 the non SSL USDM didn't come with HID or fogs. I was one of the first to get that setup lol.

 

OK, so I might replace front screens and make these guys look like JDM MR lamps

 

No, you'll need to find the amber blinker lenses and the JDM ones don't fit perfectly in USDM lights, they're shaped differently.

03 had HID / fog
04 SSL had HID / fog
05 SSL and MR had HID / fog
06 SSL, MR, and SE had HID / fog
