Flushing clutch system

So i just replaced my clutch now i want to flush the clutch system but the clutch pedal wont gain any pressure just stays down. Slave cylinder is good, lines and master cylinder what could it be ?

If its a pull clutch and the throw out bearing is not snapped into the clutch fingers the clutch pedal will go to the floor.

when the tranny was in i connected the slave cylinder and tried it out and worked perfectly fine , but when i was putting my line in clutch went all the way to the floor.

use a mini vac and pull fluid all the way down to the slave cylinder.

then, you just got to pump and bleed until all you get is fluid.
should work.
