Evo 8 Build

I’m looking to build a +500hp 03’ Evo to be daily driven. I’ve had my car for over a year now and I wanna make some big changes to it throughout next year safely without blowing my motor. Just need opinions on how this build can be possible while keeping it a 2.0L engine.

Installed
- Tomei Catback Exhaust
- Turboxs bov
- Tomei straight pipe
- Tomei down pipe w/o2 housing
- Mishimoto radiator
- Mishimoto race intercooler
- AF factory replacement twinscroll turbo manifold
- Injen air intake

What I want to install
- FP red turbo
- 272 Kelford cams
- Brian crower cam gears
- Walbro 255ph hp fuel pump
- 1300cc fuel injectors
- dyno tune

Looks like you're in CA so I'm guessing your pump is 91oct. Do you have access to E85? The red will take you there with e85. From what I've read, the stock bottom end won't be very happy above 400tq.

He's very close to E85! I fill up at Beach & Katella at Chevron station that has it.

I have 49,000 miles on it and I haven’t done a compression test yet

If compression numbers are good (should be for that low of mile on engine), E85 will be fun!

If you go E85, you cam get 500whp out of Green and have the less lag than a Red.
And the best part is you don't need to build your engine with a good tune. Red will work too with a little more lag. With a Red, you'll need bigger injectors. And both turbos will need a bigger fuel pump than 255.
