It's a noobie question, but I have no shame on asking . So I'm trying to buy this aftermarket front bumper that is an "exact replica" from the OEM. It is suppossed to be a replica for an Evo IX MR, but mine is an Evo IX SE, which means it comes with a front bumper lip. Can I install my lip from my old (and broken) bumper into the MR one? Obviously I'm probalbly going to have to drill some holes, but I'm concerned about whether the form of the bumper is going to be a problem for fitting it. Thanks for all your precious knowledge my friends. Two pictures included for clarity.
This is the MR bumper without any lip on This is the SE bumper. Notice the lip installed at the bottom.
It's hard to tell from that picture but it looks like the lip is built into the mold so you would not be able to put your old lip on. An evo bumper without a lip pretty much looks incomplete, I doubt you'll be able to find an FRP bumper that'll let you mount an OEM lip on it.

wouldn't I be able to simply drill the necessary holes on the FRP bumper? I'm hoping to find an MR owner that has done this before xD
