Can you pass Cali Smog with bolt ons?

Can you pass Cali Smog with bolt ons?
I want to get all basic bolt on upgrades and do NOT want a flashy engine bay. Other than visual inspections, can a modded evo pass smog? If so, which are best to get? I am thinking exhaust, intake, intercooler, tune, etc..
Years ago I had a modded Evo but paid for passed smogs but that’s been 14 years, shops now closed and have now moved 7 hours away to the Murrieta area. Thanks again in advance!

Everything must be OEM unless its got the CARB decal. Even the ECU must have the stock parameters (any tune must not be present). We have a number of threads discussing that detail.
