Ordered a tactrix cable from them . I believe there based in nz as am I . Heard nothing. No email reply or contact in anyway . Doesn't feel great I can assure you. Delivery says 2-3 days and that's now over a week ago.

Anyone else had an issue

 

Took about a week for mine to arrive after I ordered it sometime last year. If I remember correctly, it stated on their website that orders might be delayed as they weren't in the office as much due to Coronavirus.

 

I just got mine and it took about 2 weeks

 

My order took about three weeks. They will send you an email with the tracking number. .

 

Mine took almost 4 weeks.

 

Mines took a long time to show up, but i've used the replica cables in a pinch.. they work fine too.

 

I got it in the end . Took alot of moaning to get it. Communication was rubbish from the seller

I have a replica cable to and that doesn't work !

 

Oh. Maybe i just got lucky then. yeah tactrix is a old company i'd imagine they wouldnt be pouring all their efforts into it anymore
