Swap RPM and speedo gauges

Hi i have an Evo 5 and i want to get the RPM gauge to the middle and speedo to the left like in the evo 7/8/9 any ideas on how i can do this?

Swap to 8 ECU and all associated wiring then plop in 8 cluster?
