EVO 4 Front Rotor Replacements

EVO 4 Front Rotor Replacements
Hello Everyone !
New member here and just got an EVO 4 a month back (been loving it since). I checked the car today and apparently my Front Rotors are on their way out (they have visible cracks on them)
I tried searching for original rotors for EVO 4, but could not find them anywhere in the country !! . Now my mechanic has suggested me that with some little modifications , he will be able to fit a Rotor from a Honda Accord to my EVO 4, he will sue the break calipers from the accord as well . I wanted a neutral opinion on this if people have tried doing this ?
Is there any other car whose front Rotors can directly fit the EVO 4 ? with little to no modification? Any one else has swapped in Accord rotors on their EVO 4 ?

Mitsubishi part number MR307376 for Evo 4 GSR in ASA/CAPS.
Perhaps the same as various Citroen & Peugeot?
