Pass exhaust emissions

Recently got myself a evo 8 running 465whp at e85 fuel

previous owner had no problems with emissions and i tried to ask him but got no reply back what he did to pass.

Co 1.0 (0.3)
Hc 184 (200)
co2500 1.4 (0.2)
lambda 1.01 (0.97-1.03)

Got hks 264 cams adjusted at 3+ intake and 7 exhaust

Im gonna change oil and spark plugs but i dont think that would be enought to get values down that mutch?
probally better to use a stock cat for inspection?

anyone got similiar experience? Did oil and spark plug do a huge differnce?😁

is that a government inspection facility? in the US we just go to independent shops who just checks system readiness

looks like you have too many unburned hydrocarbons. You either need a better cat, or you need to get that one hot as Hell just before the test. Also, maybe injector cleaning and new spark plugs will help burn some more of that fuel.
