Well after a bunch of years of trying to get back into an Evo with the help of a few friends its finally happened
I'm not sure how many people still use the forums after FB groups took over but it feels good to post on here again!
The WW IX RS has been a dream of mine even when i had my previous IX MR, I always wanted the raw uncut version of this car.

That is a hot car congratulations bro. The RS has to be my favourite model. I used to have a 2004 rs before it got totalled beyond repair. I am going to be on the hunt for a ix rs in the next few years I just hope they don't cost 100k by then. They seem to be sky rocketing..ct9a in general is.

The no-wing thing Evo! Miss mine.
Always was told how good it looked without the wing.
Keep it natural with the black handles.

wow yea.. if that thing is stock.. .i would change the handles back to stock and the wheels back to stock. and then watch the value go up
100% they're going back to black. This car wont be stock what so ever but I will be making sure everything can go back to original and keeping all the OE parts. I definitely want to enjoy it.
A stock IX RS is going to be an extremely hot commodity in the next few years. Don't do anything that can't be reversed. Nice car.

Oh Hellllll No hahahah, She's staying wingless forever, unless i get a spare trunk and tuck this one away. Its a all vin matching car so it will have to stay that way.

Thank You! The exterior will be staying as original as possible with OE parts and most likely aftermarket wheels. i do want to find a set of OE wheels juts to have, that way if i ever want to put it back to 100% stock i have all the parts for it.
Not a stock RS with white door handles. They were all black.
Not the right wheel either. I have 2006 RS I bought new, so this car isn't or has been modified.
Thanks, I'm well aware. This car isn't staying stock but i will have all original parts for it tucked away to revert it if i ever feel like i need to.
