Regular usage (probably nobody here): Change every 5 months or every 5000 miles.

Severe Usage: Change Every 3 months or 3000 miles.

That's an OR not an AND. If the availability or cost of your boutique oil prevents you from properly following this schedule, then you are doing it wrong.

Track ***** excluded, you should know what's up.

Same here. Have not been active on BITOG boards in years.

Was running the 15w50 spec oil for a while but since im not tracking anymore, ive converted back over to Mobil 1 / 10w30
