The earliest TME cars will be legal December, 2024. That's 2.5 years of enclosed, climate-controlled storage, likely at $200+ per month. Cars also don't like sitting unused like that, so expect rubber to be dried out, the fuel system will need prep, and there will still be surface rust on brakes and such from sitting.
