Ok, that's not a Tephra ROM - they have the format xxxxx7xx for their ROM ID's. Tephra did make one available for your car though, so that could be a future upgrade for you (in your case 90550701).
The correct equation, MUT address (and memory address) depend on what you've got installed. From your log, it looks like you were already logging boost (I can only assume so you might want to verify), but the equation is clearly wrong. The easiest solution would be to find out what make and model MAP/boost sensor you're using and see if anyone has posted up the equation on EvoM already. I suspect the equation you are currently using is for the JDM 3 Bar MAP sensor.
