Questions about when doing clutch replacement

Hi all, I have a 2001 JDM EVO 7
since my car needs a clutch replacement soon, I’m thinking of should I get the ATS metal twin plate or carbon twin plate? I’ll be running HKS GTIII RS turbo with HKS intercooler. Aiming for 400HP
Any advice would be appreciated.

Also when doing clutch replacement, is it best to replace the rear main oil seal at the same time?
does transmission fluid & front diff fluid have to be drained when doing clutch replace ?

Thanks

You'll get lots of recommendations for the clutch. But one thing in common is most people will say to get a clutch that is in your projected torque range. For example, if you expect your engine to make 400ftlbs, you may consider a clutch no more than 500tq. If you plan to add power later, then choose a clutch accordingly. Clutches start to get very expensive after your standard single discs, so saving cash there by not over buying will be nice.
I have used exedy stage 1 organic. It didn't last very long, turns out it doesn't like to be launched more than a few times. I had less than 10 launches.
My current is a competition stage 3 segmented ceramic. It holds great and still going strong, but i dont like that its "grabby" during low speed driving. For reference im around 380hp/400tq on stock turbo with e85.

Yes to both fluids needing to be drained. Otherwise the fluid will leak out when you pull the axles.

For the rear main seal, I replaced it my first clutch change at around 60k miles, but not the second clutch change about 90k miles. Currently at almost 125k miles with no leaks. Its much easier to replace it when you're already there for sure, but that would be a personal call. The seal might only cost 20 dollars.
