Close to 40,000 miles on my 2003, only problems I've had besides getting paint touch ups, were caused by the previous owners idea to piggyback the ECU. Other than that, she runs damn fine.

roasted the stock turbo, other than that no problems other than the typical clearcoat on the cf wing which they won't warranty, @$$holes

300 code! which lead to a rough idle and a perma CEL. they keep replacing parts under warrenty (fuel injectors, coils)...but the problem is still there! also got some seals on the xfer case replaced under warrenty. surprisingly, i got my clutch replaced under warrenty.

but even with all these problems...i still love my evo!

38K and have gone through 4 aftermarket clutchs(I can drive), 1 tranny, power steering pump, chipped and peeling CF wing clearcoat, ripped off front lip, shifter bushings came off, and a still broken a/c. That might be it.

I’ve posted in this thread on page 7 when I was at 16,000 miles, however, I’m now at 50,000 miles… the car doesn’t miss a beat with many mods. Got an ACT clutch around 43,000 miles... no problems.
