Trying to track down current owner of my 03 evo 8 bought new. Spent $45 on car fax, and couple other ones, has everything but a name. He/she is in Lasalle Illinois, Lasalle State Bank has lien, lic plate# ZY63072. Owner had it since 2016. So just looking to reach out to them, if anyone knows them/of them or can help lmk. Thanks
