I try to reperform a pressure test, with engine hot, and try to turn the valve, because the problem Is only when engine in temperature, and the last pressure test was done cold

Yea the BISS is up there, I just don't know how that would make a ticking noise or cause knock. It seems to be a pretty unique issue.

normally oil in the intake tract is from crankcase air(PCV system), thats where the catch can goes, in between motor and intake hose. best solution is to just stop venting into the intake. turbo leaking into the downpipe can also be caused by high crankcase pressure

I noticed also this, PCV don't close correctly, when installed don't block incoming pressure...and is on my bucket list, together with a catch can...but the turbo core assey have a lot of play, and more concerning the twin scroll wall cracked...and also 2 lower injector o-rings leak air...also the small actuator on the throttle body (i think for idle) Is full of oil ...so a lot of patience, i will clean and change everything...maybe add some HP during the process. ;

yup. maintenance is 99% with these cars lol
you have to drain and wash your IC also I dont have to do that anymore
how the heck did you remove that ex manifold without the turbo lol. i worked on making sure intake/radiator/fan/etc is easily removeable while keeping it stockish looking because it saves a lot of time and frustration
good luck

For the removal i just disconnected the feed lines on the turbo, water and oil, Just enough to lower down a little bit so the ex slides off...and, One bolt snapped (strange) 🤣, so was easier to slide out...next step is remove turbo, at first i was thinking about and easy rebuild, but with the twin broken i think i need to replace....IC Is pretty old, and not good looking, so maybe a new one is the best option...but will check when everything Is out...

This sounds to me like oil starvation. Would also explain your exploded turbo. How are you sure that there's no oil pressure issues?

Turbo was already in no good condition, but "working" at the time of the replacement...oil pressure Is good, i have sensor placed on the head, next to the thermostat and when hot in WOT reach 55psi, idle Is 15psi
