Passenger window only working from passenger switch
Passenger window only working from passenger switch
My passenger window will only work from the passenger switch and not my main driver switch, I tried resetting the window and still not working on the main. Not sure if it could be a failed passenger switch on my main switch or what the issue could be seeing if anyone has had a similar issue.
thanks

That's an interesting one. I would probably start poking around with a meter initially by checking that the driver switch is working at all.
Here is a link to the evoscan manuals. These should have wiring diagrams in it to help narrow down the issue if it isn't a simple switch issue.

I’m gonna start testing with a multimeter and see what happens when I press the switches, I might also add that it’s a evo 7 and I removed the rear left window motor and after looking at some wire diagrams the wire harness could be run in series and possibly because I removed the rear motor the main switch isn’t connecting to the passenger window and possibly why the switch works by itself. Not sure at all could just be talking crap but process of elimination
Info you need
Here are the manuals for testing and the diagram.
