I dare say the R32 would be the better all-around car, by a landslide. Unfortunately this poll will be based more on people's ineptitude, biases and lack of knowledge about each car... not too unlike any other internet poll.

 

I voted for the STI, since it is a better "all-around" car.

I'd say it'll be based on which enthusiast's forum can get more people to go vote... In which case the Subby and VW has a big advantage...

I used my two ip's that I have to vote evo.

 

I have to go with the EVO VIII (ok, it's because I own one). Performance wise the EVO VIII is the best (at least equivilant to the STI... R32 need not apply). Looks wise (a total personal opinion) I think the EVO is better looking. Also, daily driver wise the EVO gets as good of gas mileage. However, warranty and company that you buy from the EVO ranks last. I wish Mitsu didn't like to screw-over so many clients.

Oh, and I hate bashing Mitsu... so Mitsu thanks for the EVO it ROCKS!!!

 

man how can people be voting for the R32 that have Evo's?? That's absurd, how is it a better car besides being more luxurious?

 

They are asking about the best all-around car, not the best performing car.
