Vibration under the hood when AC is on

Does anyone have this issue? It seems the extra load that's put on the engine by the AC create enough vibration to vibrate something under the hood on the driver side.

Thanks for posting. I feel the same thing. Funny how the AC can interact with the tranny but it apparently does. When I turn it off everything feels smooth again.

Happens to me too. the engine will intermittently make a chattering sound and rpm drops a little. Then after a few seconds, the idle will be fine until it does it again. Why does this not happen with other cars when their AC is on. I know there was no chatter with my Eclipse when I had it? there has to be something else going on here.
