depends on where ur located...there's a place over here in southern cali called KingBolts, they sell just about every damn screw, nut, bolt you can imagine in all different material grades, for all purposes...and a lot of other stuff such as earl's plumbing and the t-clamps you mentioned. check with some speed shops around the area, they should be able to provide you with info on where to find them.

I've never seen t-bolt clams, but you can surely get t-bolt clamps at most auto parts stores or hardware stores

 

Now if it was that easy I am sure he would have done so, try calling your local auto store and asking for T bolt clamps

Most of them wont even know what it is.

Anyways, napaonline.com has them you just have to look through 20 pages to find the right kind and you must order in packs of 5.

But they are cheaper than most places.
