Does anyone know how to make my EVO blow fog like the SKYLINE in 2F2F? Is there a way to get flames out of my exhaust without N2O?

 

Yeah, a little movie magic.. This is NOT something you'd want a car to do..

 

It's called nitrous purge. Fogger system doesn't mean fog like you think. The "fog" you see is the nitrous being purged or the line being cleared.

 

I agree with you, it looked pretty cool when he did that in the skyline, but just as a warning, you'd better put on your flame jacket for asking that question around here.

 

As stvbreal said it's just a the purge. You can have as many purge lines as you want. At the drag strip most people have one or two(depending on how many stages they use) and they purge usually by the cowl on the windshield. Also not really movie magic you can do it.

 

the flame kit doesnt work off N2o as far as i can see.

i found a few sites selling them.. although i dont know if i'd want to risk damaging my evo.

Many of you have probably seen the video of the nos Firebird racing the nos scooter?

The Firebird actually looks pretty cool purging out the nostrils on it's hood, like a snorting bull... and the scooter guy flicks him off and purges out his handlebars... it's pretty funny, plus the scooter keeps up with him.

 

HAHAHA, that video is great. That scooter is pretty vicious!

 

So there is no way to do this without a N2O system is there? I mean the fogging effect. I just want some added respect when i go to street race meetings. For some reason driving up in a RHD Lancer Evolution 7 12.1 1/4 mile time, just isn't enough now days. I still get idiots in stock civics that wanna run me.

 

Not really. I mean you could get a bottle use CO2 instead and lines and solenoid.

if those kind of guys think that flames and purge systems give u respect, they are just idiots. If u want flames, they ur cat out and the EVO should be rich enough to shoot flames. The purge system is for Nitrous. Not really movie magic but there's a use for it.
