If you want to see cars you have head outside the city, only cars in the city are yankees. No offence this is the name given to Japanese guys who love to drive lowdown VIP sedans and wagons blasting there half mil yen sound system if that's what your into.

Once you leave the city, Kansai have some of the best highways in central Japan, and home to over 20 midnight battle circuits. Nanko would have to be your closest bet in seeing any kind of drifting and the port for quarter mile races.

Don't believe everything you read off the front cover, the car on the front is not the EvoIX TME but Gialla Evo.

Furthermore the EvoIX TME they mention is an article on HKS Kansai's new E8.5 demo car they are tuning, HKS Kansai gave it that name to kickup some attention.
