europeanautosport.com payment problems?
Mods, not sure if this is the right forum.
I know a lot of folks here have purchased upgraded HID bulbs etc. from europeanautosport.com.
They use a payment processing company called 2checkout.com (aka 2co.com). I purchased bulbs from europeanautosport.com on 5/31 but what is interesting, is that a week later, another charge appeared on my credit card from 2co.com that I did not make.
I had never heard of 2co.com before so I thought this was a little too coincidental. The charge was made from a site called http://zawgaty.com/ - all I had to do was click there to realize it definitely was not my purchase.
So this is a heads' up - if you're not already, you may want to choose a credit card that supports using one-time unique CC#'s with short expiration dates and small, configurable credit limits (e.g. "ShopSafe" cards) when patronizing Internet vendors, because you really have no idea how secure their payment processing systems are, at the end of the day.
europeanautosport.com have been very courteous in dealing with me about this, and they are just as concerned.
