1). Max RPM reached in typical driving duty cycle.

2). Max RPM before typical clutch drop.

3). Number of SCCA events you entered in the past year.

4). Color, Year, and VIN# of your car.

5). Name, address, and Zip code.

6). The order that you finished in your events, 1st, 2nd....ect.

7). Modifications on the car at the time of the event.


Thank you for your help, we will use this info to adjust your warrranty to reflect your driving style.
