i was told by a government offcial if enough people file a complaint here a recall will be forced on mitsubishi! If everyone i know here that has had problems file it shouldnt be a problem getting all this stuff recalled

For those who will be filing complaints:
You will be asked to outline clearly:
(1) events leading up to the failure,
(2) failure and its consequences, and
(3) what was done to correct the failure; i.e, parts repaired or replaced (and if old part is available)hazard.
So be prepared to tell your story and to do it as clearly as possible.
Also, please do not mention this site specifically in your complaint.
This is your chance to let the Federal Govt know how poorly Mitsubishi is dealing with your Evo's problems. Don't miss out on the opportunity...
