in order to be compitition legal.. they must be mounted at no more then 45 degrees behind the seat... so if no roll bars were used then it would need to be mounted in the crease of the rear seat.... there is a write up on here about it
the lap belts can mount to the floor where the stock ones mount and the sub-blet is on your own... not really any where to put that belt.

sparco just released a bolt on belt bar for the back seat. it cost around $400. it rests about the same place as the cross bar in a roll cage setup. i'm not sure if they have made one for the evo yet though.
