Anyone in Vegas... Evo in a Photo Shoot???
I know that Rhys Millen was driving the Evo VIIIs at the photo shoot. I believe these were for
press photos or something of that nature... just a guess though.
I think broeli is right about the specs being finalized and as long as you can live without ACD/AYC, I think you'll be happy. I think the biggest problem will be that there are so few of them being produced
I really want to know if the little things will be different... will there be ANY differences with the engine internals, etc. I doubt there will be, but you never know.

Couldn't get very close to the car. They kept doing drive-by's in front of Freemont. Camera man mounted to a chase car following. Here is what I could see. Certainly had the look of pics from the Vegas show. Same front end that sort of pointed with the triple diamonds front & centered, and the cooler down below. Had the larger spoiler, and could see the red Brembos through the wheels. As a drive by, not much other detail could be made out. I personally like the look and Silver looks cool.
It was hard to get a look at the rims from our distance and with the car moving. The spoiler was definetly painted. No logos other than the
logo on the deck lid and a smal logo in the corner, maybe a ralliart logo or something. Certainly not like the big LANCER that is plastered on the back of the current OZ. It was a night shot so lights were on and it had the killer lights. What do they call them?

Stupid question, but what exactly would they look like? It was a little tough cause it was a night shoot, and they did not brake or signal. But the light lenses did not look like the current OZ lights. Part of the lens was white/clear.
It might look like what's on the Evo VII GT-A. Check it out here: http://www.mitsubishi-motors.co.jp/E...llpaper2L.html
