It's a hacked account. Notice it's for pre-approved bidders only? I have $10 that the guy is in Italy and that he will require at least a $2K deposit wired to him via Western Union upon winning the auction.

Looks like a closed auction to me. He is probably selling it to someone he knows. See at the top where is says only approved bidders can bid?
