I had some issues at the dyno yesterday with an aftermarket cone-style filter. I made 3 pulls, didnt change any values and the Air/Fuel ratios were all over the place. I now know the MAF doesn't like turbulent airflow, so I am searching for an alternative. I put the stock airbox back on to see how much that helped. It worked very well until 6K when the cpu started pulling timing, and boost was dropping. I'm easilty outflowing the stock box. Any suggestions?

you could cut the stock box open, there's a thread where someone did that in diy or performance.

or you could move to stand alone map. < that's the one i recommend.
