My friend took the pic and he does car photography as a side business. He also owns the copyright to that picture. Kinda weird to see your car up for sale though

It is most likely a fraudulent advertisement. Scammers have been stealing images from all over the internet to populate their fake ebay auctions and car ads.
The individual above who stated the car is probably in London, was alluding to the scammers scheme. The cars they 'sell' are never located in the US and they always come with free shipping.
You should probably report the ad to Autotrader before some innocent individual gets scammed....then comes looking for you after he realizes who really owns the car in the picture.

IT IS MY ADD, i didnt have a digital camera, i cant beleive you actually posted about it, i just wanted to give an example of my white evo to put it up for sale.... great pics, no where does it say that this is my car in the pics, and my car is just as immaculate.
