I have been having a problem with my stock stereo. When I go to eject the cd it keeps looking for it after it is out and sometime throws E03. So i got another one from a member of ours and it does the same thing. I dont know what to do. Should I just get and aftermarket one? And which kind?

Go to dealer...have them check it out first before they void your warranty by saying that your aftermarket stereo and its installation were the root of the problem.
